You can delete your Little Lock Book account and your associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
1. Delete in the app
Open Little Lock Book, go to your Profile, then Settings, and choose Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and your data.
2. Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@littlelockbook.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your recommendation cards and notes, your vouches and asks, and your circle connections. This cannot be undone.
What we may retain
We retain a limited amount of data only where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary for safety and security — for example, records relating to reports of content or conduct. We keep this only for as long as necessary and then delete it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
